No help contents on PCLinuxOS host

Hi,

I'm going to have a further look at the why in a bit of time, but will just report it here to make sure I look into it.

Maybe help is simply not included in the TP and then I don't have to even spend time on the "why"

When I invoke Help->Contents from the menu OR use F1 OR click the "Help" button on the home page, nothing happens.

Running

# cat /etc/*release

at the host prints (among others):

PCLinuxOS release 2013 (PCLinuxOS) for i586
