I'm looking for some tools which can simulate CPU / memory / disk / network load in my home lab. Ideally, they would do that in an "adjustable way" (for example, specify desired CPU load in percentage or MHz).
For CPU, all I could find so far are scripts which put the CPU under 100% load.
For network, so far I've used iperf, but it also uses the network to the max.
For disk IO, I've heard of iometer, but it looks pretty old and unmaintained.
For memory, I actually haven't found that much.
What tools would you recommend? What do you use for your tests?
