Microcode update on ESXi 5.0

Hi,

We've one blade system bl260c g5 and install the ESXi 5.0 inside this blade system. And we also install the Windows 2012 Datacenter inside that ESXi host. However, when we do the Windows Update on Windows Server 2012, the microcode update error display as screenshot. We've try to contact with HP support to get the BIOS firmware and update it, but the error still display.

So, any idea about this issue. Thanks a lot for your help.
