Client connection failure

In the process of setting up a new computer.  I can connect to the server via the website (downloaded and installed the client from there) and I can ping the server.  However, when I attempt to login using the client, I get "A connection failure occurred (Unable to connect to he remote server)' error message.  I know I'm using the correct username/password - I can still connect using my Win7 32bit machine.  I cannot however connect with the newer Win7 64bit machine.

 

Is there a known issue with a 64bit op sys?... Is there a windows update that is keeping this from running?  As far as I am aware, the only difference between the 2 computers is the version of Win7 and June's updates.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
