Hello!
I have Fusion 3.1.4, and Windows 7 Home Premium.
I have installed my HP Laserjet 3390 over TCP/IP. For some reason the TP driver (Thin print?) messes up with the paper size, so I must manually tell the printer to print. Somewhere it seems that the driver is set to Letter. But the printer uses A4. Occasionally I get it to work, but next time I have rebooted Windows, it's all messed up again.
Also, I had the Laserjet 3390 installed, but now Windows defaluts to Laserjet 3390 #2. Sure, but why does it mess up with the paper settings? When I look and try to change to A4 (whereever I can see it) the printer still beeps and need me to press OK on the printer to continue printing.
I really need to print using A4 from within Windows. Where do I start looking?
If you need any further info (screen shots, etc) I'd be happy to help (I hope you can submit images to the forum...)
