I wanted to try a new base layer that I had created, so I deleted 2 CVDs so they would be pending again, and I applied the new base layer provisioning to them. Now they keep uploading, then when it is completed, they do it again. I also did this with a PC and it finished and did its upload and is done, so that one is fine. I want to apply app layers to the laptops, but it keep telling me that base layer provisioning is in progress. It started this past Friday, and is still going on Monday? This is the first time that I am experiencing this. How can I stop this loop?
