Fusion 5.0.3. - OSX 10.8.4 - VM's will not start after host was in sleep mode

Hi,

I saw that there was similar discussion about this already, but this was about Fusion 4.1.1 and the solution does not work for me as the referred switch does not exist in my .vmx.

Workarounds like killing the "pcscd" process or modifying the line "usb.ccid.disable" in my .vmx are not appropriate as they both do not exist.

Therefore I restart this.

Whenever my Mac goes to sleep mode I'm unable to restart my VM's when I woke him up again.

My usual way of working is.

1.) Shutdown or suspend my VM

2.) Close + Stop VMWare Fusion

3.) Mac is unused going to sleep mode after some time.

4.) Wake up Mac the next day

5.) Launch VMWare Fusion

6.) Start Guest VMs ---> only shows that VM will be started without any progress

Only solution I found so far is to reboot my Mac and after it's up again continue with step 5 + 6 --> Normal Operation.

Anyone with a solution out there?

//Andreas
