Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes

Hi !

I'm installing Oracle Rac 110gR2 on Oracle Linux 6 update 4 on VMWare.

I created one VM Rac01 server and cloned it to VM Rac02 and created share disk for CRSand voting disk.

After edited configuration, I power on VM Rac02 but it could not on because:

An error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM G2F_Db02.

Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/52037691-8f645391-ae2b-5cf3fcdd4278/G2F_Db01/G2F_Db01.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

Failed to lock the file

Please help me fix this error.
