The text on the front page of this forum states
If you are a VMware TAP alliance partner at select level or higher, you can request a license to redistribute the VDDK and bundle it with your application so that end-users do not have to install the VDDK separately. Contact your VMware TAP alliance manager to obtain and complete a redistribution agreement
However, there is no 'Select' TAP program level any more, only Access and Elite. What level is required to apply for a redistribution agreement?
