SQL Server database Transaction Isolation level for vCenter Server Database

Hi ,

In my environment, the current transaction Isolation level for the vCenter SQL Server database is 'READ COMMITTED' on SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP2) . Please let me know the VMware recommendation on what should be the transaction Isolation level.

I m not much for a  DBA , but i can see lot of shared locks on the database and thinking of changing the isolation level to '

READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT'  , not sure  what impact it might cause on database. Please let me know.
