We have an cluster with 2 HP ProLiant DL360 G6 machines, connected to NAS.

Both machines have the Image Profile :  HP-ESXi-5.1.0-standard-iso

Each ProLiant 36 Gb internal mem, around 50% per server in use.

On the cluster, 9 VM's. 5x Win2008R2, 2x Citrix NetScaler appliance and 2x CentOS 4/5/6 (64-bit)

Current host load standard deviation: 0,036

No problems with the Windows and Citrix VM's.

Windows VM's : VM Version: vmx-09

CentOS VM's :  VM Version: 8

Now, the supplier of Mobile Iron installed 2 machines, with CentOS 4/5/6 (64-bit).

In the vCenter console, the following message appears:

" This virtual machine failed to become vSphere HA Protected and HA may not attempt to restart it after a failure. "

VMware KB states :  not enough resources to failover. Upgrade hardware or add another host.

I disagree. Anyone an good advice for me ?

Thanks in advance !
