HA, Host Down, not restart VM on second node

Hi...

I'm testing the Esxi5 and i'm having trouble with HA.

I configured a Cluster and two hosts on it.

Cluster - name CLUSTER

Host 1 - name VMWARE0 - IP 10.0.0.9 (Master - vMotion Enabled) - Dell PowerEdge R715 - AMD Opteron 6136 - 64Gb RAM

Host 2 - name VMWARE1 - IP 10.0.0.10 (Slave - vMotion Enabled) - Dell PowerEdge R715 - AMD Opteron 6136 - 64Gb RAM

I Used Reconfigured for vsphere HA on both hosts

There are no VM in production, only tests yet.

But when I reboot VMWARE0, the VMs powered ON are moved to VMWARE1 in state powered OFF, but they are not started automatically.

When the VMWARE0 finishes the reboot all VMs come back and then they are started according to the "Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown" configuration on the Host.

Is there a Bug that need to be fix or I'm doing something wrong???

vCenter Server and vSphere Client - Version 5.0.0 - Build - 455964

ESXi-5.0.0-20120302001

Thanks a lot...
