VMCC Report not running

I'm having an issue with the assessment report running.  The VMCC seems to scan the hosts fine.  After allowing the ActiveX control to run, IE asks to stop running a script on the page.

I have tried on both Windows 7 Enterprise x64 with Java 6 Update 25 for 32bit IE & Windows XP with Java 6 Update 24, both are running IE 8.  I also verified the java path during the install of VMCC; the paths on both Win7 & XP pointed to javaw.exe

Is there a specific version of Java required to run the report?
