Email Customer at Closure

A few years ago, when running v8, we changed the call closure screen so that the "Email Customer" tick box default to unticked.

 

We've now decided that we would like the tick box to default to ticked, however we can't find how the change this setting.

 

Can anyone help?

 

For info, we are now on version 9.1.2.
