Setting up dashboards for multiple clusters

Hello, I need some help setting up dashboards.
We have 10 vCenters with 15 clusters spread throughout them, the vcenters are not in linked mode, but we may gather the ops data into a single ops server. I would like to build a managemnt dashboard as follows:

The 15 clusters are listed in a widget (EG: health workload scoreboard or heat map). When a cluster is selected, metric graphs (which are set to get the interaction info from the first widget) adjust to show specifically chosen resource metrics:

One would show the cluster's CPU usage | total capacity (MHz), CPU usage | Usage (MHz), CPU usage | provisioned capacity (MHz).
A separate metric graph would also adjust to show that clusters metrics for Memory | Total Capacity (KB), Memory | Usage (KB), Memory | provisioned memory (KB)
perhaps another would show CPU / RAM / Storage capacity remaining for that cluster.

When I try this the metric reports do not show the info that I selected but shows default info for the widget.
Is there a way to customize a metric graphs data when its interacting with anothe widget?

I would like to build a single dashboard showing all the clusters, hopefully i will not need to build 10 to 15 dashboards (one for each cluster) with no data interactions.
