Has anyone run into issues upgrading vHardware version 4 to 8?
The VMWare KB indicates that you can use the batch file vmupgradehelper.bat to save your network configuration but i'm seeing other issues.
After upgrading a Win2k8 (non-r2) server the vmupgradehelper.bat /r option isn't working to fix the NIC and return the static IPs.
The KB doesn't list vSphere 5.1 as being in scope, only 5.0.
