PSOD Exception 14 when adding a NIC dual gigabit NC360T

I have ESXi 4.1 running on a IBM SystemX 3250 that makes use of the two onboard gigabit NICs.

Now I'm trying to add a dual gigabit NC360T card.

When rebooting the server after connecting the NIC, I get a PSOD with exception 14.

Any ideas on how can I solve this?
