Max number of concurrent connections

Hello.

If you are running VMWare workstation 5 in a windows 2003 server r2 sp1 x86 host machine, with the same OS in the VM, what is the maximum number of concurrent connections that it can handle? Would that be the same as the max number of concurrent connections Windows 2003 server can handle?
