I have had this ESXi 5.1 server crash on me at least 8 times over the last 3 days. It's a SuperMicro X8DTU-F board (in a SuperMicro 6016P server). I have reseated everything, upgraded to the latest BIOS, turned the fans on full blast all the time, etc. It still crashes. Usually it just locks up, but today I got lucky and this was on the screen. Any ideas? I am swapping out all of the memory right now to see if that makes a difference.
Is there a way to access the stuff that was logged on disk? Where is it?
