Help with "VMRC plugin is missing" - IE Specific

Hello,

I have installed vCloud 1.5 U1.  When I try to go to run a console, I am constantly greeting with the message:  "VMRC plugin is missing.  Click OK to download VMWare VMRC plugin installer."  I click ok, download, close IE, install as administrator, and then when I try again to bring up a console on a vApp running in MyCloud, I get the same message.

I have added the site to trusted sites, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I am still unable to get IE to recognize that I have the 1.5 VMRC installed.  There are no issues in FF.  Any ideas on where to look?  Are there some dll's I could re-register or check for registration.  FWIW, I am running W7 SP1 x64 IE 9.
