By accident I've deleted the latest snapshot of our vCD 5.1.1 installation. After going back to the previous version in particular vApps, vApp templates and vDC networks are missing, while for instance users and vCenter resources are most likely still complete. Now I'm looking for an option to rebuild or update vCDs database from vCenter. Within vCenter different vApps are running which I neither want to touch in terms of shutting down the corresponding hosts for maintenance nor cloning and afterwards importing them again. In contrast I'm looking for an option to make vCD query all existing objects in its connected vCenter. Unfortunately this doesn't happen by simply triggering a synchronisation by either reconnecting vCenter or restarting the vCD cell. With respect to "cell.log" it obviously synchronizes only the yet known objects.
Anyone with some further hints on how to solve this issue?
