Recently we upgraded our VMware infrastructure from 3.5 to 5.0. Managed to migrate all the vms to the Esxi5.0 without any issue. More recently we purchased new EMC VNX 5300 storage, set them up and configured NFS storage to the blages. All the new datastores connected to the blades and all the storage pools old and new can be viewed under vCenter.
Problem we are having is that we can't Storage vMotion the vms from the old Celerra NFS to the new VNX NFS stores. This comes back with the error "Unable to access file VNX {datastore} VM filename". We got a similar message when trying to create a new vm or importing an OVF on the new VNX datastores.
We have the Enterprise license, with Dell M600 blades with EMC storage as mentioned earlier.
Any pointers would be appreciated
