Failed to load ThinApp Management support interface

We Vmware View 5.0 environment and when I try to add new ThinApp into Vmware View administrator console there is an error "

"Failed to load ThinApp Management support interface"

I found solution for 4.5 version here http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1029732

and try resolution from this site (register dll and restart connection server) - does not help

I checked logs on Connection server ("\ProgramData\VMware\VDM\logs\log-2013-07-05.txt") and there is:

ThinAppMgmt: Failed to load ThinApp Info support interface. Error: 0x800700c1

Failed to retrieve application details from the network, paths:{ path0=\\***\THINAPPS\FileZilla_3.7.0.2\FileZilla Client 3.7.0.2.msi }ErrorFailed to load ThinApp Management support interface
