For our sins we use Backup Exec for backups and each morning we're finding a snapshot left behind and it's causing some issues. Part of my morning checks is to look for and remove these snapshots but I'm not always the first in and so if they're forgotten then performance takes a hit.
The snapshots are prefixed SYMC-FULL and so I'm looking to script the search and removal of these snapshots within the VM folders.
I'm looking for some pointers to get me started or indeed if anyone already has a ps1 that can do this then I'd happily give it a go in our environment.
