I have a little bit of a strange problem and thought I would throw it out to see if anyone has any ideas. I have multiple hosts setup in Vcenter currently with a mixture of 5.1 and 4.1 hosts. The 5.1 hosts are using a DV switch. I have a single VM on a 4.1 host that can only get to machines on it's own ESXi host. The VM can get to other physical hosts outside the ESXi host and also to VMs on other ESXi hosts that are not on the DV switch. Every other VM seems to work fine but cannot communicate with this single VM back to the DV switch. I looked through the Mac addresses on the DV Switch thinking I might have a duplicated MAC address from a clone operation or something but did not see anything like that.
Any ideas??
