Recently Vcops5.7 has been installed on the development environment. After few analysis, noticed there is an alert notification delay on the vcops console level.
For the testing purpose, triggered the Memory Spike Script, Alert triggers on the Vcops console after the 10-20 Mins and Mail Notification also getting delayed..
Need to get the few calcification about the default time frame for the Alert triggers on the Vcops Alerts Console level as well as Notification process, vise versa for the Alert cancellation process.
How to make the alternation for the time frame of Alert replication in Vcops Console as well as Mail notification.
