Hi All
I am trying to introduce an EdgeGateway into my VCD environment but every time I try no matter how simple the gateway config it will not create it.
The complaint it makes is that it cannot find a resource pool for placement of the Edge Gateway.
When I initiate the creation I was expecting to it being attempted within the VC task pane but it doesnt even get that far.
I did read an article that described manually moving the edge device to a different resource cluster after creation but I dont get as far as that.
I am running Cloud Suite Advanced and have vShield manager installed along with Load balancers for the cells. This aspect work fine with vshield.
I have run out of things to look for now with regards to this. There are ample resources available physically so its not a limitation of that.
Can anyone suggest what or where to look for more information?
The debug info doesnt tell you anything either other than various Lines of Java code.
