A question about Vcloud

Hi,

I have a question about cloud and vcloud,

in creating private cloud the goal is to transfer the processing from clients to cloud,and automation of servicing in network,is that true?

then when we use vmware view and VDI we are creating Private cloud,is that true?

then why we need VCloud in this process? what is the role of Vcloud and Vmware view in Private cloud creating? is thall all we need to create a cloud?
