ESXi vm sees physical CPU's : Activation issue

Hi,

I have P2V'd a Windows SBS 2008 R2 server to a temporary ESXi Host.

I have tuned this new SBS VM on this host (deleting old hardware and also reactivating due to new hardware being found).

Now we have a new ESXi host, and transferred the SBS VM to it.

Now Windows SBS again asks to reactivate.

Indeed, when the VM was running on the temporary ESXi host, the Windows device manager listed 4x Intel XEON E5320 @ 1.86GHz.

On the new ESXI host, the same VM list 4x Intel XEON E5620 @2.4GHz.

I thought the VM shouldn't be able to see physical HW? What can I do to make this VM run on our hosts and backup hosts without asking

for activation?
